Our property offers full amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Each room and the kitchen are fully equipped and described in detail, and the terrace features a barbecue available for guests' use (guests are asked to bring their own charcoal). The kitchen is equipped with all necessary grilling tools, such as forks, tongs, large platters, and meat plates. The rental price includes towels, bath soap, cleaning supplies for the kitchen, and unlimited coffee from the espresso machine for guests to enjoy.
The property features a spacious, paved parking area that can accommodate up to 6 cars. The parking lot is monitored by high-resolution cameras and is illuminated with motion sensors, ensuring the safety of our guests. The entrance to the parking area is directly accessible from the road.
The area offers many attractions, including the town of Dobra (4 km), with its church and the ruins of the von Dewitz castle, Woświn Lake, and the city of Nowogard. The proximity to the Baltic Sea makes the surroundings full of opportunities for exploration.
The main advantages of renting the property are its tranquility, peace, and closeness to nature — birds, domestic animals, forests, and lakes — making it the perfect place for relaxation. Additionally, guests can use 8 bicycles of various sizes, available free of charge. Horse riding can be booked just 2 km from the property. For those staying longer, the host offers a tractor ride with a trailer through the surrounding fields and forests. During the summer season, a bonfire area and a large outdoor pool are also available.
Kitchen and Living Room
The kitchen and living room are located on the ground floor of the building and cover an area of approximately 60 m². The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. We provide a complete set of cutlery and dishes for at least 30 people. The kitchen allows for the preparation of both meat dishes and other types of meals. The dining, breakfast, and tableware for 30 people are stored in the cabinets.
Guests have at their disposal a coffee machine with aromatic Lavazza coffee, available without limits as part of their stay. Morning coffee tastes best on the terrace, with a view of the surrounding nature.
The cozy kitchen combined with the living room is the heart of the home – it features a 55-inch TV and a pull-out sofa, perfect for relaxing together. From the room, you can step out onto the terrace with views of the garden, the apiary, and the chickens, ducks, and guinea fowl that add charm and tranquility to the place.
Guests have access to two bathrooms: one features a spacious shower, while the other has only a toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy during the stay.
On site, guests can enjoy products from our own farm – fresh eggs, vegetables, and fruits from the garden. You can also purchase milk straight from the cow and honey from the apiary.
A washing machine and dryer are available for guests in a discreet area near the entrance. The kitchen is also equipped with cleaning supplies and dishwasher tablets.
